*Candida Albicans: is a species of fungus that naturally live in everyone’s intestinal tract. There are some smaller amounts of this yeast that also live in the mouth, rectum, skin and vagina. It’s population are normally kept under control by the good bacteria that also live in your body.

However, a number of factors can throw off your good bacterial count, now tipping the scale in favor of Candida Albicans: diabetes, prescription drugs/antibiotics, pregnancy and HIV.

When you have more bad bacteria (candida) than good bacteria this is called a fungal overgrowth and, you can experience a number of symptoms in the body as a result of this fungal infection, such as: Headaches & Migraines, Dizziness, Depression, Sleep Problems, Irritability, Poor Memory, Vaginal Yeast Infections, Metabolic Syndrome (beer belly, adult on-set diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or triglycerides), Abdominal Bloating, Rectal Itching, Constipation and or Diarrhea, Skin and Nail Fungal Infections, Athlete’s Foot, Wring Worm, Jock Itch, and I could go on and on.
